‘Right Click and Send to Mail Recipient’ not Working? Here Are the Fixes

Circumventing the Issue through the Share Function

Go to the file that you would like to add as an attachment and right-click on it.

After that, you will see the share screen prompt, select the icon of Mail from the lower side of the window.

You should choose the account from which you would like to send the mail.

Finally, the email attachment will be added automatically, input the email address into the ‘To’ section and press the Send button.

Configure Email Client as the Standard Application

After that, insert ‘ms-settings:defaultapps‘ into it and press the OK button to launch the menu of Default Apps of the Settings application.

Go to the right panel and choose the Email section.
