Boot in Safe Mode with Networking

You should restart the system.
After that, press the Shift key and then press the power button.
While pressing the Shift key and select the Restart option.
When the system reboots, select the ‘Advanced Settings’ option.
Go to the Startup Settings option and then choose the Restart option.
Once you reach the Startup Settings screen, press the  F5 button to access the Safe Mode with Networking.
Reset User Permissions

Navigate to the Windows Search section.
After that, input ‘cmd’ into it and select the OK button to invoke the Command Prompt.
Then select the Command Prompt, and right-click on it and choose the ‘Run as administrator’ option.
In the Command Prompt, input the following commands and hit the Enter key:
cd/users
cd/ [your username here without brackets]
icacls Documents/reset/t/q

Run the Disk Check in Command Prompt

You should access the Command Prompt as Administrator.
Thereafter, insert the following command then press the Enter key: chkdsk c: /f /r /x
Input Y and hit the Enter key.

Give the Problematic Folder Full Control

You should pursue these directions given below:

Go to the doubtful folder.
After that, right-click on it and choose the Properties option.
Then select the Security button.
Go to the Edit option and click on it.
Beneath the Permissions section, don’t forget to turn on the Full Control.
Now, select the OK button.
Through System Restore

You should pursue these directions given below:

You have to input the ‘Create a Restore Point’ option in the Windows Search section.
Then hit the Enter key.
Thereafter, select the ‘System Protection’ option.
Choose the ‘System Restore’ option and choose the Next button.
Mark the ‘Show more restore points’ box.
Now, click on the restore point then choose the Next option.
