Run Steam as an Administrator

Firstly, you have to shut the Steam right now.
Then select the Steam button and choose the Properties option.
You should select the Compatibility section and mark the ‘Run this program as an administrator’ box.

Opt-Out of the Steam Beta

You should run the Steam on your device.
After that, select the Steam and then choose the Settings option.
Go to the button of CHANGE and click on it.
Click on the ‘Beta participation’ drop-down and choose the ‘NONE – Opt-out of all beta programs’ then select the OK button.
Now, reopen the Steam and choose Rust.

Modify the Power Option

Modify the Process Affinity Settings

You should launch the Rust on your system.

Then hold the ‘Ctrl + Shift + Esc’ buttons altogether over the keyboard to invoke the Task Manager.
Select the Details section.
Go to the Rust and right-click on it then choose the ‘Set Affinity’ option.
Later, mark each box applicable and select the OK button.
