Turn off the Hardware Acceleration

Navigate to the hamburger menu icon on the upper right-hand side of the screen and choose Options on Firefox.
After entering the options, move down, and you must view Performance.
You should untick the box of ‘Use recommended performance settings’ that will then display you the choice to enable/disable the Hardware Acceleration. Untick that as well.

Turn off Add-ons

Then move down, and you must view Cookies and Site Data.
Click on Clear Data.
You have to tick both boxes of Cached Web Content and Cookies and Site Data and press the Clear key.
Finally, reboot the browser.
Turn on Autoplay from Browser

If you wish to turn on Autoplay from a browser, then pursue the given instructions.

Go to the padlock at the left-hand side of the URL and select the Arrow icon.
Then click on More Information. It will launch a new menu.
You should select the Permissions button.
You will check a permissions list, from the Autoplay option, Untick User Default.
Thereafter choose the ‘Allow Audio and Video’ radio option.
Now, reboot the browser.
Refresh Mozilla Firefox

If you would like to refresh Mozilla Firefox, then abide by the given steps.

Click on the hamburger menu icon at the upper right-hand side of the screen and select the Help option.
Thereafter select the ‘Troubleshooting Information.’
You will view Refresh Firefox at the right-hand side of the screen.
